Cancellation Policy

919 Faye Art Lab - Booking policies -------------------------------------------------------- 50%payment is required to secure your date and time. Remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled picnic. Bookings made within 7 days require FULL PAYMENT at the time of booking. Cancellations within 7 days of your event are subject to the full booking price, and the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file. Cancellations made with 7 days of your scheduled picnic will result in the full remaining balance being charged. Your date and time are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations may prevent us from filling that reservation with other clients. Weather - related concerns are handled separately, and we will always do our best to work with you on rescheduling. Clients are allowed ONE to reschedule, subject to availability. WEATHER POLICY ---------------------------- Mother Nature has a mind of her own! We always do our best to work with our guests when weather affects their picnic. If weather becomes a concern, we're happy to work with you to reschedule your experience based on availability. Our goal is to make sure you still get the best experience you're looking forward to! Your picnic is 2-hour experience. Late arrivals DO NOT extend the scheduled time. Special requests are welcomed but will require additional fee. Clients are responsible for any damage or missing items caused by themselves or their guests. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have-read, understand, and agree ro ALL 919 Faye Art Lab picnic policies and cancellation terms.
