Q: Do you accept walk-ins for Science Lab & Sip?

A:  We're not able to take walk-ins for science lab sessions, preferred booking online only

​

Q: How long are the sessions?

​

A: Sessions are 1.5hrs long but can extend to 2hrs depending on class size.

​

Q: Can we bring outside food & drinks to the science lab sessions?

​

A:  Outside food & drinks is NOT ALLOWED

​

Q:  I'm running late what should I do?

​

A:  I advise everyone to allow extra time for parking!

​

Q: What about refunds?

​

A:  ALL EVENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE! NO SHOW/ NO REFUND!

      ONLY RESCHEDULES (30 DAYS FROM ORGINAL BOOKING) FOR A                   LATER  SESSION IF SPACE PERMITS.

Q:  IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

A: ALL ages are welcomed. Kids under the age of 10 years must be accomplished with a responsible adult.  

 

IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED?

Yes, BYOB. (21years old or older to consume alcohol!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!) 919 FAYE ART LAB only provide cups.

HOW DO WE BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY?

Contact us by email or phone call for availability. Events are not scheduled unless All monies are paid in full

ARE DEPOSITS REQUIRED?

Deposits are required for all EVENTS & GROUP PARTIES

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CASH OR JUST CREDIT CARD?

 

A: We are cashless; we accept credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.  We strongly recommend booking online in advance to secure your spot.

​Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION / REFUND POLICY?

A: 919 FAYE ART LAB has a strict NO REFUND POLICY for both public and private sessions. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for late cancellations or no-shows! All ticket sales are final. A store credit may be issued for a 60-day period, if a timely cancellation is made, but no refunds will be given. 919 FAYE ART LAB reserves the right to cancel any scheduled session. If 919 FAY ART LAB is responsible for any cancellation(s), we will promptly notify registrants and either (a) offer a credit to reschedule or (b) issue full refunds immediately.

Q:  What if Guest are late to a Private Event?

A:  Please be on time!!!! Any time over 15 minutes is Unacceptable!!!

If you are extremely late (15 minutes past your appt.) your event will end at the normal time. (Please plan accordingly and allow yourself time to get to our Art Studio)

 

Q:  Can I take my bear home the same day after its painted?

Not recommended!

 

A:  ALL PAINTED BEARS will take typically 24-48 hours to completely dry. 
We offer 2 options to get your bear safely home:

1.  PICK-UP.....You can come by the studio within 7 days for pickup. After 2 weeks of calling trying to reach you to pick up your Bears, IT'S THEN BECOMES YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT US FOR YOUR BEAR PICKUP!!!!!

2.  SHIPPING is available at discounted rate of $15 thru UPS.

 

​Q:  Can 2 people paint one Bear?

 

A:  No, 1 Bear Per Person

​

Q:  Can we exchange our Bear when we arrive?

A:  Yes, upon arrival if you want to exchange of equal value item or upgrade your Bear you just have to pay the difference.
